PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") is prepared by AUNGOS UGANDA LTD., a company incorporated in Uganda with Registration No: 80034098355888, having its registered office at 177536 KAMPALA GPO PLOT 5 KINTU ROAD (hereinafter referred to as “Gamingspay.ug,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy complies with applicable Ugandan laws and governs how we collect, use, and protect information, including personal data, obtained from users of our services, websites, and applications (hereinafter referred to as “Company Products”).

  • Technical Information: Device details, browser type, operating system, and data related to User interactions with the Company Products.

  • Payment Information: Details such as mobile money accounts or other payment credentials used for transactions.
  • Activity Information: Data on User activities, including purchases, reviews, and feedback.
  • Cookies: Information to enhance User experience, such as preferences and session details.

3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

3.1 The Company processes personal data to:

  • Create and manage User accounts.
  • Support and respond to User inquiries.
  • Enhance the quality and functionality of the Company Products.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

3.2 Data processing is conducted in compliance with Ugandan law, ensuring the rights of Users are protected.


4. USER CONSENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 By using the Company Products, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as outlined in this Policy.

4.2 Users agree to receive notifications and promotional messages from the Company via email, SMS, or other communication channels.

4.3 Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide and for updating it as necessary.

4.4 While the Company employs measures to secure User data, it is not liable for breaches resulting from factors beyond its control (e.g., cyberattacks).


5. USER RIGHTS

5.1 Users have the right to:

  • Amend, update, or delete their personal data.
  • Restrict the processing of their personal data.

7.2 Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or as required by law, but no longer than five years.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Disputes arising from this Policy will first undergo a pre-trial resolution process, with a response time of ten business days for any submitted complaints.

8.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of Uganda and handled in the courts of Uganda.


9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1 This Policy is effective immediately upon publication at https://gamingspay.ug/.

9.2 Updates to this Policy will be posted on the Company’s website. Users are responsible for reviewing the updated Policy.
