General Refund Terms and Conditions

In general, we do not provide refunds for our services under any circumstances.

Please note the following:

  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the product or failure to meet minimum system requirements.
  • Purchases made using a proxy server, VPN, or similar technology may not work and are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase.
  • The game has not been activated or downloaded, including keyless redemption.
  • The game activation key or bonus/beta keys have not been disclosed to you by email or web page.

Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to third parties or alternate payment methods.


How Fast Can I Get a Refund?

The refund process generally takes 7 days from the date of your request, plus additional processing time based on your bank or credit card company’s policies.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with the following details:
    • Your username.
    • Order ID.
    • Reason for the refund request.
  2. After receiving and reviewing your request, we will:
    • Process your refund if eligible, or
    • Notify you of the reason for rejecting your request.

Refunds may take an additional 2–3 days to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


EU Customers

If you are an EU resident, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 may apply. You may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a 14-day Cooling Off Period starting the day after your purchase, provided:

  • You have not started downloading the product.
  • The product activation key has not been disclosed.
  • The performance of our services has not begun.

To withdraw within the Cooling Off Period, contact Customer Service. Refunds will be issued for eligible withdrawal requests.
